An Act to authorise the use of resources for the service of the years ending on 31st March 2003 and 2004 and to apply certain sums out of the Consolidated Fund to the service of the years ending on 31st March 2003 and 2004.

Whereas the Commons of the United Kingdom in Parliament assembled have resolved to authorise the use of resources and the issue of sums out of the Consolidated Fund towards making good the supply which they have granted to Her Majesty in this Session of Parliament:—
Be it therefore enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows—
1Use of resources for the year ending on 31st March 2003
The use of resources for the service of the year ending on 31st March 2003 is authorised to the amount of £7,400,007,000.
2Issue out of the Consolidated Fund for the year ending on 31st March 2003
The Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom and apply to the service of the year ending on 31st March 2003 the sum of £8,995,029,000.
3Use of resources for the year ending on 31st March 2004
The use of resources for the service of the year ending on 31st March 2004 is authorised to the amount of £155,982,632,000.
4Issue out of the Consolidated Fund for the year ending on 31st March 2004
The Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom and apply to the service of the year ending on 31st March 2004 the sum of £131,479,422,000.
5Short title
This Act may be cited as the Consolidated Fund (No. 2) Act 2002.
